You may as well know that every cell in your body needs energy in order for it to work properly and the main source of energy comes from the sugars (also called glucose) present in our blood. Hypoglycemia is the condition where your blood glucose level falls below the normal range. Even though there are many symptoms which could make one think that the blood sugar level has fallen below normal, the most accurate way of determining the same is by going through a blood glucose test, which is easily available in pharmacies and can be done in the comfort of your home itself!
