The best part is that the fruit also happens to have the least amount of carbs in it, having only 7.55g per 100g of fruit. Full of Vitamin A and consisting of mostly water, the fruit helps in weight loss brilliantly as it helps you feel fuller for longer.

One of the most versatile fruits out there which can easily be used for both savoury and sweet dishes, avocados themselves dish out only 8.53g of carb per 100gm of the fruit. They also happen to be good for your heart since they also have healthy monounsaturated fats in them. But do remember portion control when consuming them since they are high in fats as well.
