Whole foods such as grains, pulses, fruits vegetables and the likes make for amazingly natural ways to boost your immune system without any kind of side effects being caused to it. Get some sleep

Healthy fats like coconut oil, ghee or clarified butter, avocados and the likes are definitely things that should be included in your diet. These healthy fats reduce the bad cholesterol levels in your body and increase the good cholesterol levels as a result providing your immune system with a healthier body to take care of!
