<p>We all believe that salad is a healthy food as well low in calories, in this case it is half truth.  For example let us take a serving of chicken salad topped with cheese and salad or creamy dressing added with nuts.  It contains approximate 900-1000 calories and about 70-80 grams of fat.  Now take grilled chicken salad topped with mustered dressing and having two spoons of honey which makes to somewhere 200-250 calories and 5-10 grams of fat.  It all rests with you how you prepare it,  by adding creamy toppings, nuts, lots of cheese and mayonnaise etc. with fried or grilled chicken making it yummy and tasty.  On the other hand you may choose grilled chicken, less creamy toppings and fewer nuts etc. making it diet salad.</p>

<p>We all believe that salad is a healthy food as well low in calories, in this case it is half truth.  For example let us take a serving of chicken salad topped with cheese and salad or creamy dressing added with nuts.  It contains approximate 900-1000 calories and about 70-80 grams of fat.  Now take grilled chicken salad topped with mustered dressing and having two spoons of honey which makes to somewhere 200-250 calories and 5-10 grams of fat.  It all rests with you how you prepare it,  by adding creamy toppings, nuts, lots of cheese and mayonnaise etc. with fried or grilled chicken making it yummy and tasty.  On the other hand you may choose grilled chicken, less creamy toppings and fewer nuts etc. making it diet salad.</p>
