<li>10-12 Fresh Strawberries</li>
<li>½ cup of Greek Yogurt</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>

<li>Take a bowl and pour some of that amazing greek yogurt into it.</li>
<li>Wash your strawberries well and make sure that you dry them thoroughly.</li>
<li>Line a baking tray with parchment paper.</li>
<li>Now dip those delicious strawberries into your greek yogurt and place them on the sheet!</li>
<li>Finish by placing the tray in the freezer and you are done! These babies would be absolutely ready to serve in the morning!</li>

<p style="text-align: center;">1¾ cup whole grain pastry flour<br />
1 cup brown sugar<br />
2 Tbsp cornstarch<br />
1½ tsp baking powder<br />
½ tsp baking soda<br />
¼ tsp salt<br />
⅓ cup chunky peanut butter<br />
¼ cup canola oil<br />
1 large egg<br />
2 tsp vanilla extract</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>1.PREHEAT</strong>the oven to 190°C and simultaneously coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking oil.<br />
<strong>2. MIX most of the dry ingredients- </strong>the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.<br />
<strong>3. COMBINE </strong>the brown sugar, peanut butter, and oil in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until well-combined. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture (make sure that the dough is crumbly).<br />
<strong>4. Make</strong> 1 inch balls from the dough and place on the prepared baking sheets, leaving 22-inch gaps between each ball. Flatten the balls so that they resemble the shape of a cookie.<br />
<strong>5. BAKE</strong> 1 sheet at a time for 7 to 8 minutes, or until they are light brown in colour. Cool on a rack for 2 minutes. Remove from the sheet and place on the rack to cool completely.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>1.PREHEAT</strong>the oven to 190°C and remember to coat 2 large baking sheets lightly with oil.<br />
<strong>2.COMBINE</strong> the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.<br />
<strong>3. In a separate bowl, combine</strong> the brown sugar, applesauce, oil, egg, and vanilla and mix until well blended. Add the flour mixture and stir until combined. Stir in the oats and cherries into this mixture too.<br />
<strong>4. DROP </strong>the batter with the help of a rounded teaspoonful onto the baking sheet and make sure that the spoonfuls are 2&#8243; apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 2 minutes before removing to a rack to cool further.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>1. PREHEAT </strong>the oven to 190°C and line the baking sheets with parchment paper.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>2.I</strong><strong>n a large bowl </strong><strong>beat</strong> the egg whites with an electric mixture on medium speed, until foamy while slowly adding the baking powder, salt, and sugar to it. Continue beating on medium speed until stiff peaks form.<br />
<strong>3. I</strong><strong>n another bowl</strong> combine the egg yolks, vanilla, and lemon zest, and beat with a fork until thoroughly mixed. Fold into the beaten egg whites until just combined. Sift the flour over the egg mixture and fold in until the batter is smooth and light. Drop 2 teaspoons of batter per cookie about 2&#8243; apart onto the prepared baking sheets.<br />
<strong>4. BAKE </strong>for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden. Cool on the sheets for 5 minutes, and then remove to racks to cool completely. The cookies will crisp upon cooling. Dust with confectioners&#8217; sugar if needed before serving. If there are leftovers, (which we don’t think is going to happen), remember to store it in a covered container.</p>
