<p>Fitness experts and even doctors recommend that 30 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise everyday of the week is brilliant when it comes to strengthening your heart to a great extent. Not only does aerobics help in keeping your heart fit and fine, but it also contributes a great deal in keeping your lungs healthy too.</p>
<p>If you are somehow not able to find enough time everyday, then try to indulge in some good aerobics/cardio as often as you can in a week. Also, to begin with, if you are not able to do a whole 30mins in one go try to divide the time in 10min or 15mins intervals. This way, you will be able to complete your workout and also not put stress on your body.</p>
<p>Aerobics/cardio helps amazingly to pump blood effectively to your heart and helps keep your circulatory system functioning well!</p>

<p>Yup, it is as simple as that! The best part about walking is that one can easily fit the activity in one’s everyday routine in some way or the other. It also happens to be one of the safest and the most enjoyable forms of exercises there is to indulge in.</p>
<p>Why not just walk to work instead? Or better yet, remember the grocery store you always seem to take your car to? Ever thought about walking till there? Well, now might be a good time to do just that! Not think, just walk! The fact that walking helps in using the large muscles in a continuous and rhythmic manner makes it one of the most effective, yet the least exhausting of the 3 workouts.</p>

<p>When you cycle, you obviously notice that you subject your legs to a pumping motion. This very motion helps tremendously and provides quite a lot of exercise to the muscles in your heart. You don’t necessarily need to have a road bike to experience this benefit of cycling. You can easily get an exercise bike for your home and give your heart a great workout at home itself!</p>
<p>The fact is that having an exercise bike at home when the weather seems too cold or when the monsoon season is upon is a brilliant benefit since you are able to escape the vagaries of the weather and yet stay heart healthy! Sounds good now, doesn’t it?</p>
