<ul><li>8 egg whites </li><li>100 grams oats </li><li>1/2 tomato </li><li>1 onion </li><li>4 red chilli </li><li>Salt to taste</li><li>Oil 1 tsp for greasing the pan</li></ul>

<ul><li>20 grams of almonds </li><li>1 green tea </li><li>20 grams Schezwan sauce</li></ul>



<p>Method</p>



<ul><li>Beat the egg whites in a bowl till it becomes fluffy.
</li><li>Add every ingredient to the bowl apart from the
ones that you need to serve the cheela with. </li><li>Mix well and heat a pan with the oil in it</li><li>Pour the oats mixture in it and let it cook.</li><li>Flip and let cook on the other side. </li><li>Serve hot on a plate along with the
accompaniments. </li></ul>



<p><strong>2. Water-soaked oats</strong></p>

<p>Ingredients</p>



<ul><li>100 gm oats</li><li>Nuts (chopped) </li><li>Mixed Seeds</li><li>Chopped fruits like apple or pomegranate</li><li>Add raw honey for sweetening if needed</li><li>Chia seeds 20 gms</li></ul>



<p>Method</p>



<ul><li>In a bowl or mason jar add all the dry
ingredients</li><li>Pour water enough to cover the oats and mix
properly</li><li>Leave overnight in the fridge to soak </li><li>Have in the morning with a cup of green tea.</li></ul>



<p><strong>3. Healthy Smoothie</strong></p>

<ul><li>100 gms Yogurt </li><li>50 gms almonds</li><li>1 chopped apple</li><li>2 tbsp pomegranate seeds</li><li>20 gms mixed seeds</li><li>Honey if needed for sweetening</li></ul>



<p>Method</p>



<ul><li>Add every ingredient to a mixie jar. </li><li>Whizz till all the ingredients are combined</li><li>Add water to adjust consistency</li><li>Serve immediately</li></ul>

<ul><li>200 gm dates</li><li>200 gm grated fresh/dried coconut</li><li>A pinch of salt</li></ul>



<p>Method</p>



<ul><li>Whizz all the ingredients in a food processor and roll onto a board</li><li>Take out small portions and shape them into balls</li><li>Serve fresh or refrigerate till you want to eat</li></ul>

system in the best way possible and makes you stronger against potential

<p>Ingredients</p>



<ul><li>5-6 leaves Tulsi</li><li>1 tsp chopped Ginger root</li><li>2 no black pepper pods</li><li>Pinch of Turmeric </li><li>1/2 tsp Cinnamon</li><li>Tej patta/bay leaf (optional )</li><li>Jaggery (optional)</li></ul>



<p>Ingredients</p>



<ul><li>Bring all the above ingredients to a boil in 2 cup of water</li><li>Add jaggery only if you want to sweeten the kaadha</li><li>Once boiled, take off the heat, let it cool a little and squeeze a lemon before serving.</li><li>Drink hot.</li></ul>



<p>You can substitute jaggery with honey as well during the time of Adding lemon juice</p>
